Privacy policy

No account, no cookies, no analytics. The detail anyway.

There is no account to make here, no form to fill in and no newsletter to decline. finessa-us.org runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. What follows is the detail behind that sentence.

Server logs

Requests to any web server leave a trace, and this one is no exception: an address, a timestamp, the file requested, a referrer if the browser supplies one, a user-agent string. The host keeps these briefly, for diagnosing faults and spotting abuse, and then rotates them away. No attempt is made to connect them to an individual, and they go nowhere else.

Your browser keeps nothing from us

No cookie is written by this domain. No tracking pixel loads, no tag manager runs, nothing is placed in local storage. A cookie appearing on this hostname would be a bug, and one we would want reported.

What changes when you click through

Links to the product carry an affiliate parameter so the seller knows which page sent you. Following one hands you to ClickBank and the vendor's own site, both of which operate under their own privacy terms, set their own cookies and keep their own records. Everything that genuinely identifies you in a purchase, name, payment details, delivery address, is handled there. None of it reaches finessa-us.org at any point.

What reaches us is a settlement report: how many orders, how much commission. No names, no addresses, no card data, nothing that would let anyone work out who bought anything.

If you email

Mail to hello@finessa-us.org is read by a person, kept while the matter is open and then deleted. It does not join a list, is not used for marketing and is not forwarded. Please leave out health information, order numbers and card digits.

Age

Written for adults and not directed at under-18s, from whom nothing is knowingly collected.

Access, correction, deletion

Where the law gives you those rights, you are welcome to exercise them, and the answer will be short because there is no profile here to produce. We will put that in writing if it is useful. Anything concerning an actual order is held by ClickBank and has to be asked of them.

Hosting and changes

Static files on commercial hosting, served over HTTPS, with fonts and images delivered from this same domain rather than a third-party network, so loading a page does not quietly notify anybody else. No one should claim perfect security, though with no database and nothing personal stored, there is very little here to take. Changes replace this page and move the date below.
